Roles, responsibilities, and skill sets:

· L1 support experience on Windows, Office application, Network Devices

· Good troubleshooting skills

· Fundamental knowledge of Networks

· Fundamental knowledge of Printer and routers

· Excellent Verbal, Email communication skills.

· Willingness to work in 24*7 environment

Eligibility criteria for the students to participate in the Walkin Recruitment Process is:

• 50% and above throughout in academics

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma – BE, BTech, BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, BCA Any Graduate

• 2017, 2016 and 2015 batch candidates only

• Training and Transition: 1 Month

• Probation: 3 months

• Willing to relocate to Delhi/NCR

• Willing to sign a service agreement of 12 months
